Service Cancellation

Phelarynoz provides professional landscape design services. Due to the customized and consultative nature of our services, all service agreements are subject to the specific terms outlined in individual service contracts.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services according to the following guidelines:

• Before Design Commencement: If cancellation occurs before design work has begun, a full refund may be available minus any consultation fees already incurred.
• During Design Phase: If cancellation occurs after design work has commenced, refund eligibility will be determined based on work completed and outlined in your service agreement.
• After Design Completion: Once design plans and materials have been delivered, no refunds will be issued for completed design services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

• Written cancellation request must be submitted to our office
• Refund amount will be calculated based on services already rendered
• Any materials or design documents already delivered remain the property of the client
• Processing fees may apply to refunded amounts

Design Revisions

Most service packages include a specified number of design revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included number may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Change Orders

Clients may request changes to approved designs or project scope. Change orders will be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to project timeline and cost.

Installation Services

If Phelarynoz coordinates installation services:

• Installation contracts are separate from design service agreements
• Cancellation policies for installation services will be outlined in installation-specific contracts
• Materials ordered for installation may be non-refundable once ordered

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving any issues and finding a satisfactory solution. Most concerns can be addressed through design revisions or adjustments to the project scope.

Force Majeure

Phelarynoz is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, labor disputes, or government actions.

Service Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our design services. If you believe that delivered design work does not meet the specifications agreed upon in your service contract, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss resolution options.
